Method of Payment:
We accept cashiers checks, money orders, personal checks, and credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal). If you will be sending a personal check, your order will be sent out once the check clears the bank.
Please note, for your protection you should never send your credit card number via email.
Shipping Information:
We ship via all the major freight forwarders including the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and truck freight when needed for oversized packages. International orders will be charged an additional $10.00 processing fee. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order in the continental U.S., international orders will take longer. All orders are shipped direct to customer, we do not have a local pickup option.
Return Policy:
We accept returns up to 30 days after the sale date. You must contact us prior to making a return to get a return authorization number. We do not accept returns without a return authorization number. We will not approve returns if the part we sent you was exchanged for a like part, altered in any way, or installed then removed. All returns must be freight prepaid and in the same condition you received them in. Return for refund is for the ordered part only and does not include shipping charges. There is a 15% restocking charge unless we shipped the part to you in error. No returns on special order parts, oversize freight items, parts catalogs, ad sheets or ad brochures. Approved refunds will be made either via check or credited back to your credit card or PayPal account. No Cash refunds.
